There’s No Easy Way to Put This

The Boston Celtics VS The Houston Rockets

Tomorrow. 8:30PM.

There’s no easy way to put this, so I’m just going to break it down.

Let’s start with the positives:

Since we’ve last talked, the Celtics have been killing it. They are on a four game win streak.  On Friday, February 23, the Celtics beat the Detroit Pistons with a 12 point difference. Then on Saturday the 24th, they beat the Knicks with a 9 point difference. Again on Monday the Celtics came out on top against against Grizzlies with an 11 point difference. Then on Wednesday, the Celtics KILLED the Hornets 134 to 106.

The negatives include the following standings:

The Detroit Pistons are 9th in the Eastern Conference.

The New York Knicks are 11th in the Eastern Conference.

The Memphis Grizzlies are 15th in the Western Conference.

The Charlotte Hornets are 10th in eastern Conference.

The Houston Rockets are 1st in Western Conference on a 14 game win streak. Oh yeah, and James Harden plays there…

Who remembers the Celtics grand win streak? All was amazing for Celtics fans. Now imagine that energy you felt. Your blood was pumping, Celtic green in color. You wore your Kyrie jersey every day. You joined Tinder just to swipe to find Jayson Tatum. Wait, only me? Oops…okay…Now, imagine that same energy in Houston, but bigger. Much bigger, because its Texas. Heck, I bet even Beyonce will be there (Houston born and raised, duh).

So, what’s the verdict? I want to say this will probably end badly, but I’m only saying it out loud because my predictions are horribly wrong so I’m trying to do some reverse psychology here.

What do you think?
