I should admit, I’m a huge fan of Deb Perlman from Smitten Kitchen. I’ve been cooking and baking using her recipes for years. So, naturally I’m going to list more than one of Deb’s recipes. This scallion meatball with soy-ginger glaze is an oldie (2006) but without a doubt, a goodie. I’ve made these meatballs at least a dozen times and everyone loves them. Even better, the sauce can be made ahead!
